9:00 AM.....Gather at the meeting place and sign in.

1:30 PM to 4:00 PM.....There will be a silent auction. We ask that each of you
bring a nice item to be auctioned. It does not have to be an amateur radio related item. Proceeds will go to cover the 2010
picnic expenses. Bingo will be played, and prizes will be available.
4:00 PM.....Business meeting followed by dinner and music.
Dinner served at approximately 6:00 PM.
MENU: Fried chicken, BBQ beef brisket, mashed potatoes & gravy, green beans, dessert, water,
coffee. (Soda will be available for purchase). Music will be provided by Tony-WØPGL, and friends.

7:30 AM.....Goodbye breakfast at Mark Twain Dinette.
NOTE: We are leaving it up to each party to choose your motel or hotel for the weekend. A list will be available upon your request, or check
the internet for available choices. Make your reservations early.Reservations for the saturday night dinner
