This is a snapshot sample of the callbook screen. The user had searched on the last name 'Cooprider', and selected
'K9UZI' from the list. Searches on last name only are made by pressing the enter key on a blank first
name field. If the correct spelling isn't known the program will find names when the user enters the
first few letters.
